He is survived by: his partner Robyn Pellegrom Cook of Berrien Springs; his children, Don Carlsen (Lynn) of Grand Haven, Cindy Osborn (Jon) of Muskegon and Cathy Siemans (Eric) of Benton Harbor; his grandchildren, Amanda Ziegenfelder (Scot), Tiffany Hansard (Rob), Megan Carlsen, Matthew Siemans, Michael Siemans (Gianna) and Marty Siemans; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Max Ziegenfelder, Adalyn, Zoey Hansard, Ford, Regan and Reese Siemans.
