She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Evans and Eloise Evans (Hayford); her husband Ronald Braak of Braak's Bakery; her sister Sally Engle; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Overway and Jack Braak.

She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Payne (Mike), Dan Braak (Debbie) and Jeff Braak (Debbie); her grandchildren, William Montgomery (Ashley Vogle), Jacob Montgomery, Mitch Payne, Derek, Isaac (Gretta), Jason Braak (Gina), Samuel and Audrey Braak; her great grandchildren, Norah and Ari; and her siblings-in-law, Roy Overway and Judie Braak. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
