With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Duane Rose of Grand Haven, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Duane left this world on May 7, 2024 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ardie Rose and Nina Rose (Henagin); his wife Joanne Cech; his siblings, Myna Dawn LaRue, Ron and Clair Rose; and his close friend Cody Maatman.

He is survived by : his daughters, Amie Yowell-Bursley of Bangor, MI and Bridget Apple of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Chaylynn, Devin Bursley, Grace, Miriam and Charles Apple; his great grandchildren, Micah Bursley and Rowen Williams; his siblings, Juanita Rose Dallman and Fred Rose; and his daughters, Sharon Estell and Doreen Rose-Trierweiler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Grand Haven Township Historic Cemetery (12604 168th Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417).

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Harbor Humane Society or the American Legion, Charles A. Conklin Post 28.
