He was predeceased by: his father Tom Aemmer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Aemmer (Tamlyn); his wife Heather Cuddy; his children, Nicole and Jacob Aemmer; his brothers, Thomas Aemmer (Ashley) and Josh Aemmer (Heather); his parents-in-law, Bill and Joyce Cuddy; his brother-in-law David Cuddy; and his friend Mya Rutkowski. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
