He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Arlene Lawrence (Wayne); his sisters, Karen Lewis, Joan Lewis and Linda Carlson; his uncles, Robert Wayne, J. W. Wayne and Fred LeMieux; and his niece Casey LeMieux.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sheri Puisis; his daughter Bailey Carmean of West Olive; his grandson Atreus; his siblings, Debbie Lewis, Kristin Harrison and Ken Lewis (Bonnie); and his cousin Eagles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
