He is survived by: his wife Anna Mayse; his children, Hunter Palen, Kody Mayse II and Audrey Mayse; his parents, Donna Hussey (Dennis) and Kenneth Charles Mayse; his father-in-law Randy Cross (Julie); his sister Kristi Mondro (Tim); and his sister-in-law Samantha Yahne. He is also survived by four nieces and three nephews.
