He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Monroe and Onalee Monroe (Vorhees); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Janie; his son Jason Monroe (Abbei); his grandchildren, Maddie and Will; his daughter Lynnae Collard (Geoffrey); and his grandchildren, Jackson, Caleigh and Bristol.
