He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Mae Davis; and his siblings, Heidi Lynn Southwell and John Howard Davis. He is survived by: his father Howard Essler Davis; his siblings, Paul (CarolAnn Davis) and Sonna (Jim Pohlson); and his stepsister Cheryl (Gary Kuyper).
