She was predeceased by: her husband George Nelson; her daughter Vicki Lynn; her sister-in-law Isla Prelesnik; and her sister Lillian Mae. She is survived by: her daughter Beatrice "Bea" Prelesnik (Nelthorp) of Grand Haven; her caregiver Cadet Corps; her children, Vicky Lynn and Patrick Nelson of Wayland, Michigan; her brothers, Jim of Grand Haven and Ron Prelesnik (Gail) of Grand Haven; her grandsons, Erik Nelson of Grand Rapids and Nathan Farkas (Heather) of Grand Haven; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn and Alayna. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
