He is survived by: his children, Diane (Del) and Melvin II (Tammie); his grandchildren, Matthew (Misty), Brian and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne (Christian), Autumn, Matthew Jr. (Jennifer), Kylee, Dylan, Haylee, Cameron and Kendall; and his great great grandchildren, Adalynn, Elianna and Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
