He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Kuiper and Hazel Kuiper (VanZomeren). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bol; his children, Sandy Kulkis (Darryl), Mary Kuiper, Dennis Kuiper (Rebecca), Larry Kuiper (Anne) and Tim Kuiper (Christina); his sisters, Evelyn Holtrop and Barbara Bloem; and his sister-in-law Margaret Danielson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
