She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Althaus and Norma Althaus (Saunders); and her brother Steven R. Althaus. She is survived by: her great-niece Lucienne "Lucie" Wagoner; her nieces, Kara Wagoner (Jay) of Hudsonville and Chelsea Fox (Kerra Norton) of Santa Fe; her nephew Wesley Althaus of Chicago, Illinois; her sister-in-law Diane Althaus of Grand Haven, Michigan; and her sister Barb Sepanik. She is also survived by her close friends, nieces, nephew, and great-niece.
