He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ferrell and Rebecca Ferrell (Payne); his wife Alyse Northedge; his brother Chris Ferrell; and his stepdaughter Kimberly Olthof.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Beighley (Collin) of Grand Haven and Megan Ferrell of Saline, MI; his grandsons, Michael Ferrell (Julie) of Avon Lake, OH and Matthew Ferrell (Dana) of Portage, MI; his stepchildren, Julianne Brummans (Bart) of Grand Haven, Sue Ann Brouwer (Gregg) of Hamilton, MI, Jana Berens (Dale) of Zeeland, MI, Roger Olthof of Holland, MI and Todd Olthof (Lisa) of Norton Shores, MI; and his siblings, Luanne Brown (Russ) and David Ferrell (Kathy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
