She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her daughter Kimberley Boersema; her grandchildren, Loganne Glendening (Miles), Lindsay Smith, McKenzie Boersema and Joshua Smith; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Belter, Maxwell Boyes, Kira Smith, Kaden Smith, Jobin Lamay and Sophia Peck.
