He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Semmens and Jane Semmens (Giles); his son Craig Semmens; his siblings, William "Billy" Nankervis (Alma), John "Jack" Nankervis (Mary Jane), Grace Nankervis Bellaire (Nelson) and Thomas "Tom" Semmens (Frances); and his sister-in-law Donna Semmens (Henderson).
He is survived by: his children, Larry Semmens (Susan), Scott Semmens (Valerie), Lori Semmens Banks (John) and Gary Semmens (Toni Perfect). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
