She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Sylvia (Dallas Terry). She is survived by: her parents, Michael Carlson and Jill Carlson; her sisters, Olivia and Ella; her grandparents, Douglas, Debra Borden, Vergil and Barbara Carlson; her uncles, Bradley Borden (Junko) and David Carlson (Diane); her aunt Tania Reis (John); and her caregiver Kristi VanWeelden.
