She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cook and Margaret Cook (Sage). She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Moleski, Charles Ludwick and Matt Ludwick (Ruth); her grandchildren, Miranda, Samantha, Erica, Monica Ludwick, Theodore and Helena Moleski; her sister Helen Erickson; and her siblings-in-law, Galen Tower, Randy Ludwick (Faith), Dan Ludwick (Cheryl), Tom, Rock, Tami and Kari Ludwick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
