He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his stepchildren, Bill Jellema and Jane Weatherford; his grandchildren, Steffanie Jellema and Cameron Weatherford; his great grandchild James Thomas; and his great-nieces, Amy, Brenda and Lori.
