She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrol Stratton (Jack) and Lillian Stratton (McCann); her husband Marshall Cleavland McNees; and her daughter Vicki Wood (Robert Wood). She is survived by: her children, Marshall McNees Jr., Dale McNees, Rick Stevens, Penny Marshall, Sandy McNees, Shanon Sellers (Luke Grimmett), Nancy Spencer, Larry Stevens (Jennifer Stevens) and Norman McNees; Shirley. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and a couple of great-great-grandchildren.
