He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Simmons and Vera Simmons (McGinn). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Simmons; his daughters, Valerie Mulford (PJ) and Bethany Skinner (Craig); and his grandchildren, AJ, Aviana, Kalea Skinner and Laelle Mulford. He is also survived by friends.
