He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy A. Hart; his former wife Sharon (Byington); his daughter Kimberly; and his siblings, Juanita Prince, Arla Townsend, Olive "Dolly" Hart and Richard "Dick" Hart.

He is survived by: his wife Jaye Lundrigan-Hart; his children, Marsha Bustos (Tom), Shawn Hart (Ann), Shane Hart (Lori), Shannon Hart (Joy), Rick Hart (Dana), Dean Lundrigan and Janel Lundrigan; his grandchildren, Matthew (Laurel), Lane, Logan, Dakota, Jonah, Alex, Bailey, Kimberlyn, Erika (Graham), John, David, Nick and Jake; and his sister Glenna (Ron). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
