He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar A. Price and Katherine B. Price (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Mary Price (Winegardner); his children, Benjamin Price and Margaret Rinehart; his siblings, James Price, Patricia Reynolds and Elaine Denniston; and his grandchildren, Ayana Price, Thayer Price and Gabrielle Rinehart.
