He is survived by: his wife Effie; his children, Marvin (Sally) and Marilyn (Thomas); his grandsons, Travis (Matthew), Matthew (Christine) and David (Nikki); his siblings, Clem, Fannie, John, Frances and Helen; David Jr., Jasmine, Leia, Elena, Jacklyn, Lucia Dean and Malachi.
