She is survived by: her husband Fred Gabriel; her children, Steven Gabriel (Jennifer) and Rhonda Lawrence (Patrick); her grandchildren, Justin Lawrence, Zachary Lawrence, Jennifer Lawrence, Brendan Gabriel, Amanda Gabriel, Jamie Morrison, Jesse Truitt, Amanda Truitt and Luke Nunez; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Arroyo, Sage Truitt and JJ Truitt.

In Jean's memory, the family asks that contributions be made to the Capital Area Humane Society.
