He is survived by: his wife Neill; his children, Brian O'Neill, Kristen Arnold (Douglas), John Smalley, Christina Smalley (Mickie Weiler) and Nick Smalley; his grandchildren, Parker and Anna Rashid; his siblings, Terence O'Neill (Frances "Chip") and Kathleen Chitwood (Michael); and his doggo pals, Buddy and Nala. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
