He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Linda Garshaw (Sack); his son-in-law Steve Garshaw; his son David Sack; his daughter-in-law Heidi Sack; his son Robert Sack; his daughter-in-law Deborah Sack; his son Edward Sack; his daughter-in-law Lisa Sack; his grandchildren, Jessica Damrat (Sack), Ashley DiMeglio (Sack), Valerie Shadix (Sack), Kyle Westphal, Bethany Force (Sack), Rebekah Parr (Sack) and Jonathan Sack; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, August, Penelope, Oliver Damrat, Milo DiMeglio, Annalee, Emma, Charlotte Force, Vera, Jack and Walker Parr.
