Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joyce Helen Haggart of Grand Ledge, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 89, on October 1, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Cleveland and Helen Cleveland (Hitchcock); her former husband Maxie Haggart; her husband Virgil "Jake" Haggart; her children, Cynthia Marie Haggart, Gary Haggart and Kim Hovey; and her great grandchild Elijah Rathburn.
She is survived by: her children, Maxine Dick (Robert) of Grand Ledge and Brian Haggart of Rosebush; and her children-in-law, Amy Touchtone of Mt. Pleasant and John P. Hovey of Rosebush. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 ¾ great-great-grandchildren; and many other extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Central Baptist Church.
