He was predeceased by: his parents, Mortimer Eustice and Genevieve Eustice (Cloutier); his parents-in-law, Robert and Shirley Berryman; his siblings-in-law, Janet Frisk and Jim Jolly; and his nephews, Curtis and Jeff.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Eustice; his daughters, Lisa Eustice-Goins (Scott Reed) and Rachelle Schafer (Michael); his grandson Chase Goins (Kristyn); and his in-laws, Pat Bammert (Rick), Jean Blettner (Paul), Jim Berryman, Bonnie Helminen (Kurt), Carol Pacsai (Kim), Yvonne Jolly and Debbie Dianda (Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
