He was predeceased by: his wife Norma J. Skidmore; and his parents, Dorr Skidmore and Erma B. Skidmore. He is survived by: his children, L. Keith Skidmore, Debra J. Dunn, Elizabeth R. Skidmore, Jeffrey H. M. Skidmore and Richard T. Skidmore.
