Though Leland may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rosier and Margaret Rosier (Cortright); and his brother Louis Rosier. He is survived by: his wife Joy Rosier; his brothers, Lynden Rosier and Lauren Rosier; and his sisters-in-law, Kelly Rosier and Yvette Rosier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
