He was predeceased by : his father Roy Howard; and his brothers, Gale, Marvin and Max. He is survived by : his wife Janet (Hendee); his sons, Tom (Theada) and Greg (Michelle); his grandchildren, Daniel (Crystal), McKenzie and Morgan Howard; his great grandchildren, Roman and Greysen; and his brother Terry Howard (Marilyn). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandkids and will be missed by his family and many friends.
Memorial contributions in Lowell's name may be given to the Grand Ledge Lions Club, P.O. Box 6, Grand Ledge, Michigan 48837 or plant a tree in memory of Lowell because of his love for the outdoors and nature.
