She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Weston and Frances Weston (Verleger); her husband Wilbur "Denny" Kingsley; and her brother Gary Weston. She is survived by: her children, Karen Kingsley, Thomas (Vicky) and James Kingsley (Britta); her grandchildren, Matthew (Sidney), Dennis, Jacob (Megan), Erika and Priscilla; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Adonis, Kar'i and Matthew Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Dible, Hoa Kingsley and Marjorie Peters.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Madilyn Kingsley to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
