He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kavanagh and Catherine Kavanagh; his wife Robin Swenson; and his sisters, Cathy Sheeley and Maureen Kavanagh.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Debra "Cookie" Kavanagh; his siblings, John Kavanagh, Sheila Evans, Eileen Kavanagh, Margaret Kavanagh, Thomas Kavanagh (Karen), Michael Kavanagh (Lynn), Teresa Pizana (Victor) and James Kavanagh (Roxanna); his stepson Nathan Ovenhouse (Jessical Hill); his grandchildren, Kylie Ovenhouse (Brian), Kayla Ovenhouse, Cecelia and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Michael Ovenhouse and Kason Cole; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Helman and Pam Cathey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
