With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ray Blalock of Grand Ledge, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Blaylock (Jack) and Lorene Blaylock (Hopkins); and his former wife Betty Blalock (McKimmy). He is survived by: his wife Margie Blalock; his daughters, Christine Murphy (Daniel) and Cindy Blalock; his grandchildren, Steven Murphy (Carrie), Angela Perez (Jason), Gwendolyn Murphy, Katherine Ryan (Mark), Autumn Steketee (Matt) and Brent Shaw; his great grandchildren, Danielle Murphy (Marcus), Maria Perez, Isabella Perez, Ava Waldron, Isaiah Waldron, Ryleigh Ryan, Braddock Ryan, Laila Ryan, Westland Ryan, Aeden Steketee, Olivia Steketee and Jaxson Steketee; and his siblings, Kenneth Blalock (Berniece), Bobby Blalock (Jackie) and Verna Dell Barton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Mills Funeral Home - Peters & Murray Chapel (301 E Jefferson St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel (301 E Jefferson St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (4444 W Grand River Ave, Lansing, MI 48906).
