He is survived by: his spouse Capitola "Cappi" Starr; his sons, Todd (Renae), Adam (Amy) and Andrew (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Hayden, Holly, Lily, Ian, Maxwell, Isabella, Madelyn, Connor and Cameron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
