She was predeceased by: her parents, J. John Betke and Dorothy Betke (Elliott); her husband Edward; her brother David Betke; and her brother-in-law Donald "Buzzy" Rapp.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Dancek (Laura), John Dancek (Kelly), Melinda Widdicombe (William) and Shari Cole; her grandchildren, Jessica Wrightstone (Andy), Christa Kiefer, Emily Armstrong (Jase), Sarah Hollis (Cody), Chelsea Dancek Chaiprakorb (Micah), Aubri Dancek and Lillyanna Widdicombe; and her sisters, Linda Kusch (Jim) and Donna Rapp.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Greater Lansing Adventist School, 5330 W. St. Joseph Highway, Lansing, Michigan 48917.
