He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Hamilton and Burnidean V. Hamilton (De Pugh); his sister Shirley Mae Hamilton; and his foster brother Norman Rust. He is survived by: his close friends, George and Vickie Hunter; his wife Carol (Sanborn); his children, Thomas (Kristie), Timothy Hamilton, Tina Chapin (Kirt) and Terri Lay (Denny); his grandchildren, Ashley, Laura Hamilton, Trenton Hufnagel, Jordan Patterson (Zack), Miranda Hamilton, Sydney McCracken (Steven), Zac Chapin, Makenzie Chapin, Jackson Chapin, Caleb Lay, Chloe Lay and Hailee Lay; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Stanton, Luca Patterson, Addy Patterson, Luna McCracken and Zane Chapin.
