He is survived by: his spouse Margoth; his children, Jocelyn, Jelmy, Margoth, Lesvi, Yamileth, Mayerlyn and Abrahany; his grandchildren, Nataly, Allison, Santiago and Noah; his parents, Jovito Monterroso and Catalina Monterroso; and his siblings, Ancelmo, Reynaldo, Paulino, Aribel, Migdalia and Leonidas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
