It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Henderson (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henderson and Mattie Bess Henderson; his children, Gidgett Jennings and Archie Tolbert; his siblings, Charles McClain (Diane), Anthony Henderson, Terry Henderson and Geraldine Thompson (James); and his nephew Kenneth Thompson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Alfreda Holt and Teressa Henderson-Taylor of Grand Rapids, Michigan; his grandchildren, Rachel Reid and Derrick Cliatt II; and his niece Michelle Henderson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
