He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Post and Celia Post; his sisters, Marian (Arnie Noorman) and Joyce (Ray Steenwyk); his parents-in-law, Abe and Lucille Postema; his siblings-in-law, Karen Lanning and Dan Postema; and his grandson Samuel Post.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Robert, Ellen Post, Michael, Theresa Post, Brenda and Rob Helmus; his sister Dorothy Uiterdyk; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Arlene Postema, Rosemary Sester, Susan, John Pluger, Sarah, John Doesburg, Vernon and Flo Lanning. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
