He was predeceased by: his mother Inez; and his siblings, Kees and Tine (Betty). He is survived by: his father Andries; his wife Elizabeth [Betty] Moore; his children, Gregory (Kitty), Michael (Mandy) and Elizabeth [Beth] Gargano (Dennis); and his sisters, Caroline [Els] and Cathy. He is also survived by three children, six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Just before the pandemic, they moved to the Grand Rapids area to be closer to family.
