He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion, Andrew VanZalen and Marian Hilliard; his cousin Annie Hoekwater; and his close friend Matthew VanderMolen.

He is survived by: his wife Kerri (Smoes); his sons, Kason, Connor and Ethan; his parents, Tom Adamczak (Judy Kuieck) and Shirl Mannes (Dave); his brothers, Tim Adamczak (Jenny Keech) and Jer Van Dyke (Kelly); his parents-in-law, Jeff and Sally Smoes; and his brother-in-law Jon Smoes (Julie). He is also survived by 1 nephew, 3 nieces, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
