She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Harry Brown; and her parents, Frank Weglarz and Olga Weglarz (Huska). She is survived by: her son John Robert Brown (Claudia Berríos-Campos); and her siblings, Sandra Ritter and Robert Weglarz (Raylene Welch).
