He is survived by: his son Theodore "Ted" Ward; his sister Jacquelyn Sathe (Avi); his niece Lynnette Mileski; his nephew Doug Mileski (Pia); his great-nephews, Alex and Erik; his great-niece Maya; and his close friend Brent Barto.
