She was predeceased by: her brother Scott Alan Evans. She is survived by: her parents, Hollis "Alan" Evans and Tammy Kay Evans; her children, Blake Henry Marek and Holli Lynn Holt; her sisters, Laura Arleane Ferrer and Heather Marie Butts; her nieces and nephews, Jacob, Bailey, Kobe, Hayden, Braxton, Ethan and Maggie; and her great-niece Oakleigh.
