She is survived by: her son Caleb; her mother Sharon; her siblings, Michael and Stacie Lewis (Byron); her cousins, Sheila and Shelly; her siblings' children, Nathan, Caitlyn, Ace, Ren Lewis, Tristin and Ethan Prentice; Christopher McCallum (Samantha), Lexi and Cameron.
