She is survived by: her children, Cynthia DeBoer (Gary) and Jay Ellsworth; her grandchildren, Emily Bursma (Donovan), Elizabeth Mennes (Mike), Alexandria Ellsworth and Austin Ellsworth; her great grandchildren, Macey, Raiden, William Mennes and Ryker Bursma; her brother Earl Parmelee (Mary); and her sister-in-law Patricia Hillsamer.
