She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil Auxier and Alta Auxier; her sons, Jeffrey (Meryl) and Jody (Deborah); her grandchildren, Chad Vander Weide (Nicole), Sara Buhr (Mike), Zachary VanderWeide (Steffani), Joshua Vander Weide (Keeley), Austin VanderWeide (Kate) and Chloe Nagel (Joshua); her great grandchildren, Everly, Bowen, Kallie, Jack, Colsen, Naomi, McKynlee, Nora and Luke; and her sisters, Carol Lewis and Jeanne Welch (Allen).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the New Community Church (2340 Dean Lake Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
