She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Phelps; and her grandmother Elsie Colligan. She is survived by: her husband Dick; her daughters, Amanda Rose and Melony DeYoung (Art); her grandchildren, Jordan Nelson, Jacob Nelson and Avery DeYoung; her siblings, Carri Shipaila (Craig), William Phelps (Sharon), Jaymes Rothley and Roni Babitz (Ron); and her father Robert Phelps (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
