She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Paiz and Ermalinda Paiz; and her daughter Ana Carrillo. She is survived by: her significant other Christy Tanis; her children, Melinda Gomez (Juan), John Anthony Carrillo (Shannon Britt) and Gabriel Carrillo (Whoopdi Gomez); her stepchildren, Amanda Inderbitzin and Ricky Tanis (Rhonda); and her siblings, Manuelita Alfaro, Margarita Martin (Thomas), Rosie Altamira (Joe), Eva Rocha (Lonnie), Antonio Paiz Jr. (Yolanda), David Paiz (Debbie) and Toribio Paiz (Mary Jane). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
